WE DO NOT REFUND FOR LOST PACKAGES, you will need to contact your postal service or UPS. 

Elizabeth Bae Boutique makes sure our packages make it to the post office or postal service we use. We make sure the tracking numbers are correct and accurate. With that being said, our policy for lost packages once the tracking number is assigned and scanned, it is no longer in our hands. 

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local postal service and give them the tracking number and let them try and track it down for you. If they cannot find it, we are very sorry and apologize for the inconvenience however, we cannot do anything on our end.
